Clear rules for a platform built on trust.
These public summaries explain BeeHive's current pre-launch principles. Complete service-specific agreements will control when commercial access begins.
Terms of Service
BeeHive is in development. Public pages describe planned capabilities and do not offer a service, price, launch date, uptime commitment or guaranteed commercial availability. Visitors must use this website lawfully and must not attempt unauthorized access, disruption, malware delivery, automated abuse or infringement.
Future accounts and services
Eligibility, identity verification, acceptable use, geographic availability, service limits, payment obligations and commercial commitments will be defined in the complete agreements presented during onboarding or purchase.
Intellectual property
BeeHive branding, website content, software and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. No licence is granted except as expressly stated in an applicable agreement.
Availability and changes
Preview information may change as the platform completes technical, security, compliance and operational acceptance.
Privacy Notice
BeeHive collects only the information you voluntarily submit through the launch-interest form: name, surname, city or town, state, province or region, country and email address. The purpose is to respond to your interest, understand likely launch regions and provide relevant launch updates.
How the information is used
- To identify and respond to the person who registered.
- To plan regional service and node-operator availability.
- To send relevant launch information where permission has been provided.
- To protect the form and investigate suspected abuse.
Launch-list details are not displayed publicly and are not sold. BeeHive does not request passwords, identity documents, payment-card data or special-category information through this form.
Storage, retention and service providers
Entries are stored in controlled website infrastructure. Access should be limited to authorized BeeHive personnel and service providers supporting website operation. Pre-launch interest records will be reviewed periodically and retained only while reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, legal obligations, security or the establishment and defence of claims.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete your launch-list information, or withdraw from future updates, by contacting support@thehivework.com. Applicable rights and response requirements vary by jurisdiction. Identity verification may be required before fulfilling a request.
International visitors
BeeHive is planning for international operations. Until complete regional terms and transfer safeguards are available, registration expresses interest only and does not establish a customer or operator relationship.
Cookies and analytics
The current public experience does not use advertising cookies or sell browsing information. Essential hosting, security and request records may be processed to deliver and protect the website. This notice will be updated before optional analytics or advertising technologies are introduced.
Node Operator Agreement
Future operators may contribute only eligible resources they own or are authorized to control. They must follow technical requirements and must not inspect, copy, interfere with or attempt to access customer workloads or data.
Verification and enforcement
Nodes may be verified, scored, limited, quarantined or removed based on reliability, security, policy compliance, proof, location and program criteria. Compensation will depend on verified eligible work, demand, trust, resource class and applicable fees. Regulated third parties will handle eligible payouts; BeeHive will not hold operator funds.
Publisher Agreement
Future publishers and workload providers must have the rights and authority to submit software, data and instructions. They remain responsible for legality, licensing, safety, content and accurate workload classification.
BeeHive may reject, isolate, suspend or remove workloads that create risk, violate policy, consume resources improperly or threaten customers, operators or the network.
